All Celticweb access numbers allow connection speeds of up to 56k. To connect via PPP (Point to Point Protocol) to Celticweb you will use your PPP dialup software.

To authenticate you as a user you must enter, in your PPP settings, your email address (username@celticweb.com) as your username and then your password.

Enter:
USERNAME: username@celticweb.com
PASSWORD: *******

NOT:
USERNAME: username
PASSWORD: *******

This will then give you internet access.

To change your dialup or ftp password, you must contact Celticweb. For obvious reasons we do not give users access to the dialup authentication servers.

To gain access to your email, you must then open your
email program where you will be asked for your password again.
